Christmas message 2025

Dear College Community,
I am writing this on the day after the horrific Bondi shootings. We are shocked and appalled by this senseless violence. For some it has deeply cut across any notion of peace and stability in this land that we love and our anticipated celebrations at this time of the year. During this time may we discover our place of refuge and strength, whether that be in faith and belief or the people with whom we connect.
Our college is a wonderful community of individuals who make a positive difference. We are a listening community that recognises the importance of another’s story, and we allow that story to intersect with our own. In this time of uncertainty as many face challenges we express our common humanity and longing for peace and love for all. May we hold fast to our values of accompanying people as they find meaning.
